Our expert designers go out of their way to design each outfit according to the choice of our customers. We also understand that often the product may not turn out to be the same as the user is expecting. In this unfortunate case, we invite our customers to look at the following refund, return, or exchange policies.

Cancellation of order

MSB Fashion’s team works to provide customers satisfying services. As much as we value our customers, we also care about our workers. We understand that any unforeseen circumstances can lead to the order cancellation, so if you are willing to cancel any placed order, you are advised to proceed within the 24-hour time frame. We restrict customers with this policy because right after the order is placed, our team indulges in commencing or finalizing the orders. Thus, late cancellation can result in throwing all of our efforts in vain. We request customers to cancel an order within 24 hours; otherwise, the request will not be considered.

Refund, Return or Exchange

Customer satisfaction is important for us. It is not possible to reach the satisfaction of each customer; thus, we do not entertain customers with a refund, exchange, or return policy. In rare cases, we permit customers to get their product exchanged within the timeframe of 14 days. We advise the user to come with a valid receipt or invoice record.

Generally, we give around 4 to 5 weeks for the order completion. However, due to material outflow or stock uncertainties, the orders can get delayed. In this case, we request customers to be patient and not cancel their orders or ask for a refund. The delay in order often occur due to production issues, but it will not exceed the given time-frame; thus, the request for a refund will not be considered under these circumstances.

However, any item purchased on the promotional offer or received through a coupon will not be exchanged. The only facility of product exchange occurs when there is a size issue (only if the required size is available in the store, then in that case the exchange of the product will be performed).
